If you've been needing a space to slow down and make sense of what's been weighing on you, I'm here to help. I enjoy working with clients who are navigating seasons of change—whether that's motherhood, shifting relationships, anxiety, grief, career changes, or simply feeling ready to rediscover who you are outside of everyone else's expectations. Many of my clients want more than coping skills—they want to grow and feel more confident in themselves. Together, we'll create a supportive connection where you feel comfortable to be yourself. What you want to get out of therapy helps guide our time together.
My approach is person-centered and down to earth, focusing on your experience and what matters most to you in therapy. We'll celebrate progress, laugh when it's needed, and work through the hard parts together because your growth and well-being truly matter to me. Faith-based aspects can be integrated into our work for those who desire that as well.
