I have experience in OCD, anxiety, attachment issues, depression, relationship issues, grief, women's issues, and self-compassion struggles. I primarily use a person-centered approach, which means I meet you where you are with compassion and acceptance. When appropriate to an individual's needs, other evidenced based tools can be incorporated.
