I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of relationship issues, betrayal, family dynamics, parenting challenges, and low self-confidence. I create a safe, completely non-judgmental space where you can feel deeply validated and understood as we explore the parts keeping you stuck.

To support your healing, I integrate advanced, research-based interventions tailored to your needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CPT, ART, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
