About
Everyone's life experiences and circumstances are unique. My role as your therapist is to understand the details and complications of your concerns so that I can help you achieve your goals. My strengths are that I am open and accepting while I push for insight and growth in a way that feels safe and offers hope for positive change. You will develop alternative, constructive ways to view yourself and interact with others that fit your personality and lifestyle.
We have all learned unhealthy messages and ways to cope that no longer serve us. I provide an opportunity to identify and challenge self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that interfere with self-care and relationships. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, and work with adults, adolescents and children ages 6 and up.
If you are considering therapy, know that you CAN feel better. Talking with a professional therapist is different from talking to family, friends or even other kinds of health professionals. Part of my role is to create a safe space for you to share your concerns and make the changes you want for your life.
