We have all learned ways to cope that no longer serve us. I provide an opportunity to identify and challenge self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that interfere with self-care and relationships. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. I work with adults, adolescents and children ages 6 and up.
