At times we all feel distressed or discouraged -- disconnected from ourselves, from others, or from the world around us. I provide an environment that will empower you to reconnect with your true self, enhance your coping skills, and move forward in a meaningful direction. As a certified Iyengar yoga instructor, I can help you integrate mind, body and spirit into the counseling process.

I offer individual therapy to young adults and adults. Difficulties and concerns can present opportunities for healing and growth. I have assisted clients with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress-related illness, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and everyday challenges of living. I am an LGBTQ-affirming therapist.

My interests include mindfulness, acceptance, resilience, holistic wellness, and development throughout the lifespan.
