Hello! I am glad you're here : ) My name is Stephanie Fox and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist, with a Master's in Education. For 14 years, I worked in the public school system where I found my love of helping people regulate big emotions. Since then, I have specialized in working with all ages concentrating on coping with anxiety, ADHD, and processing trauma. I believe that we are all way more capable than we give ourselves credit for, and that no matter what, things can -and will- get better.
I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy to help you become more in tune - mind, body, and soul. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, and also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am a HUGE Swiftie and fan of any creative arts - and I love to incorporate both into sessions whenever possible.
