I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through their most challenging life transitions. My practice specializes in homicide survivor bereavement, providing a compassionate and structured environment for those navigating the profound trauma of loss. With a deep background in case management, I offer more than just talk therapy; I provide clinical advocacy for clients who feel overwhelmed by the legal and systemic hurdles that often accompany tragedy.
In our first session, my priority is to provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. We will begin with a "soft landing"—a chance for us to get to know one another and for you to share what has brought you to therapy at your own pace. I don't expect you to have all the answers or even a clear narrative of your experience yet.
My greatest strength as a clinician is the ability to provide stable, expert guidance in the midst of "the storm." Whether I am working with a first responder processing a traumatic call or a family navigating the aftermath of a homicide, I bring a calm, grounded presence and a specialized understanding of secondary trauma.
