Hello, I'm Stephanie. Are you struggling with a change or life transition, crisis or loss? Are you managing a chronic mood or psychotic disorder at home? Are you an overwhelmed caretaker of a family member or a high priority executive under pressure and burning out? Overwhelmed and need a safe space to sort your thoughts? I offer a confidential, open minded, judgement free space to process and progress.
I work with adult patients of all situations. After many years as a therapist for patients admitted to psychiatric hospitals I have seen, heard, and worked with just about anything. My specialties are crisis management, transitions and adjustments , grief, loss, bereavement, professional burn out prevention, and living with a chronic mental illness.
If you are struggling with any of the issues listed or don't know where to start, I offer a free 15 minute consultation call for introductions and questions so you can decide if we are good fit and if I can meet your needs. If I am not the best for you , I will help find someone who can. I am very open minded, non judgmental, confidential, and laid back.
