As a seasoned therapist, I treat of wide range of emotional and relationship problems for individuals, couples and families. By providing a safe environment and collaborative stance, I utilize an integrative approach that privileges your unique life journey and brings to bear my training and experience as a therapist. I'm real, I'm honest, but I'm sensitive to the fact that life is difficult and I haven't walked in your shoes. Together, we work toward change to bring you increased joy, peace and success in your day to day life.
I largely work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems, as well as those simply seeking a bit more fulfillment or life satisfaction. In short, therapy might be for resolution of acute problems or general self-understanding. In any case, I am always honored to share in client lives.
I've trained with leading therapists and have taught at four universities. I have specialty training in chronic illness and in treating healthcare providers.
