Stephanie F Winn is not currently accepting new clients.
Are you fed up with your partner, a mind-numbing job, or the state of the world? Emotionally exhausted, burned out on serving everyone, or just plain terrified of the future? Perhaps you know deep down that you're a creative and resilient person, but you're having a hard time structuring your life in a way that helps you live according to your values. You want to believe in yourself, but emotional abuse from your past has warped your self-esteem. Or you love your family, but you can't stop fighting with them. I've helped hundreds of people transform these dynamics, and I'm confident that I can help you too.
My approach as a counselor is warm, direct, intuitive, and spontaneous. I value the process of building relationships with clients, and am very interactive. I strive to facilitate balance, equality and justice, with a social justice orientation and trauma-informed care. I welcome clients of different cultures and spiritual traditions.
You can set up a free initial video call to find out if this is a good fit for you. During the covid-19 pandemic, I work exclusively online. If you are anywhere in Oregon and you have a comfortable, private place; a phone, tablet, or computer; and decent internet or data speed; you're ready to begin.
