About
Experiencing trauma can cause depression, anxiety, and many other physical and emotional symptoms. I have specialized in working with trauma survivors for the past 15 years and have helped many children and adults overcome symptoms of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Whenever you're ready, we can work through any trauma that you have experienced, no matter how scary or how long ago, you don't have to stay stuck or afraid. I have worked with children and adults living with conditions and life experiences that hold them back and I would be honored to help guide you with moving forward.
I specialize in treating trauma for all ages. I also use evidence-based methods to help with a variety of conditions, including depression and anxiety. I am certified and trained in using hypnotherapy to help clients who feel stuck in their habits and I am certified and trained in helping families and children with attachment and adoption issues.
Now accepting new clients for telehealth sessions. Available days/evenings/weekends. In addition to therapy, I also continue to complete assessments to include: mental health disability claims, domestic violence, general diagnostic evaluations, adoption readiness/bonding, parenting capacity, and juvenile risk assessments.
