My approach to counseling is integrative, though primarily Person (client) - Centered Therapy; I also use Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I primarily work with adults ages 18+ looking for a safe space to process their emotions, work on personal growth & development, heal from emotional wounds, or delve into whatever issues they are experiencing.
