Hi, I'm Stephanie and I specialize in providing a place of safety and trust as I help individuals heal who feel stuck in cycles of hopelessness, pain, despair, and trauma. I am also passionate about helping couples find deeper healing and connection in relationships after cycles of conflict, mistrust, and brokenness. If this sounds like you, I would be honored to connect. With over 16 years of working with individuals, couples, and families, I have witnessed many move from hopelessness to hope, pain to healing, and despair to freedom. You do not have to walk this journey alone.

I provide warm, empathetic counseling to address challenges many women face, including trauma, abuse, life transitions, anxiety, infertility, postpartum depression, grief and loss. I also specialize in couples counseling to help couples transform relationship conflict into deeper connections, lasting resolutions and meaningful bonds.

At The Resting Place you will be seen, heard and understood as you are guided through engaging your story in a space of safety. Our therapeutic relationship will be one focused on empathy, trust and respect where you are encouraged to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgment or shame.
