You have come to the right place. I specialize in working with those struggling with trauma related issues as it contributes to their mood and mental health. These thoughts and feelings can be debilitating and infiltrate your day to day life. I especially enjoy working with children 8-18 and adults. In particular I enjoy working with women and mothers that are struggling. I want my clients to be able to succeed.
I have deeply rooted experience working with those struggling with anxiety disorders and utilize various therapeutic methodology to help tailor to my client's particular needs. I truly believe there is not a "one size fits all" approach to working with my clients, and I strive to find what therapeutic approaches help meet those needs.
My siblings gave a speech at my wedding and in the speech said, “Stephanie always wants to do right by people.” This is truly the epitome of my personal and professional philosophy. At BLTG I have developed a practice free of judgement. I focus on nurturing a positive therapeutic relationship so positive growth can thrive and clients find success!
