Maybe the struggle with anxiety and depression is wearing you down. Perhaps something terrible happened and you're moving through grief. Maybe your mood disorder or ADHD are keeping you stuck; though you've gritted your teeth and trudged along, the same stumbling blocks crop up over and over. I work with clients who can see a better way of living but can't quite get there on their own. Together, we can examine and overcome your barriers so you can live into your most authentic and fulfilling life.

Working from a solid therapeutic connection, I use CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, expressive therapies like art and sandtray therapy (even for adults!), and other modalities to guide my clients toward achieving their goals.

No one seeks out mental health support without some measure of frustration, pain, or fear. I know there are parts of life that we can make better or different, and other parts of life that we can learn to bear in new and expansive ways. I'm here with you. And when we can, I like to laugh together.
