Here at Sidework Psychotherapy, I seek to provide a compassionate and respectful environment for my clients. I believe people have the capacity within themselves to bring about positive change in their lives; my role is to help facilitate this. While my therapy style is inquisitive and non-judgmental, I am also direct and honest, challenging my clients to make significant, lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
With couples, we begin by defining goals, which can range from managing a break-up effectively to repairing a relationship in distress, and anything in between. Working collaboratively, we journey to find the best path to reach these goals, learning about how the couple has arrived at this point and how to move forward.
I pride myself on having a culturally competent and inclusive practice that welcomes members of BIPOC and LGBTQ communities as well those in non-traditional relationships.
