I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can let your guard down, share your innermost thoughts and fears, and know you will be met with compassion and understanding. I work with individuals and couples of all ages and stages with presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and communication issues. Whatever your mental health or life challenge, I am dedicated to helping you navigate it.
I have personal and professional experience in a wide range of areas including grief, life transitions, parenting, ADHD, and chronic illness. My graduate research project explored the effect of chronic medical illness on marriages, something with which I have personal experience. My clients describe me as warm, wise, empathetic, insightful and funny.
I love what I do and feel so privileged I get to do this work. Partnering with clients on their path to increased happiness and better functioning and well-being brings me joy, as does helping couple clients improve their communication with, and understanding of, their partners and relationships.
