As a compassionate counselor, I am here to support you on your individual journey to emotional well-being. My role as your therapist will be to help facilitate change in areas you want to see improvement in by providing a safe and inviting environment. I use a variety of validating approaches which can empower and motivate you in the therapeutic process.
My therapeutic approaches are: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience helping people with life adjustments, trauma, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+ concerns, and career counseling. I have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings.
I take the time to be a person with you, so you can feel comfortable being a person with me. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible while we work together. Each session, my goal is that you feel truly heard, hopeful, and you feel you have a sense of direction in your struggles.
