I have been a practicing clinician for over 30 years in a variety of settings. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, and incorporate positive psychology, behavioral modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and health/wellness into my therapeutic practice. I am especially passionate with helping parents who are raising children with special needs. I am a certified personal trainer and a life coach, and believe in integrating mind, body and spirit into my practice.
