My name is Stephanie Craddock, and I am a Clinical Social Worker committed to providing clients with a warm, supportive environment in which they can explore and grow. The clients I typically work with are dealing with stress and anxiety, maybe due to a major life change or having anxiety impact their life for no known reason. I also enjoy working with older adults and the people who care for them, as well as people who are experiencing parenting struggles.
My approach involves meeting the client where they are in their journey, with empathy and acceptance. While I tailor my approach depending on the needs of the client, I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reach their goals.
My communication style is calm and personable. I create a warm environment where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves and feel supported and encouraged.
