About
Accepting New Clients! I'm Steph, owner of Better Being Therapy Services, contributing author on Psychology Today & guest speaker. Like you, I know our lives, relationships & histories can take a toll. The world around us can feel chaotic. We know we want to feel better, but don't know how. The complexities & seasons that life takes us through can be more challenging than we can handle. Still, better ways & better days are possible. Professional partnership through therapy can lead you there. Maybe you are just curious, maybe you are ready to take another step – let’s talk & figure it out together.
In my practice, I use a tailored approach that works best for the individual or couples that I work with. I have extensive experience with anxieties, overwhelming fears/worries, feelings of hopelessness and loss of direction, and concerns about how to cope with life's uncertainties.
Therapy is on your terms. You may simply want a safe space to feel heard and understood while processing life’s complexities. You may want a guiding hand to partner with you in creating tangible improvements in your life. My role is to be what you need, wherever you are, today. Offering in-person & virtual sessions, with morning, evening & after work hours.
