I am a Sex Therapist and LCPC providing psychotherapy services to adults. I believe that all individuals have the power to create change in their lives. I work with people to build insight, explore their lived experiences and understand how these experiences intersect to inform thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Through this process, I assist clients in identifying patterns in their life that may no longer be serving them. My therapeutic approach is grounded in an integrative application of Psychodynamic and Existential Therapy. I have received advanced training in Sex Therapy from the University of Michigan.
I strive to create an egalitarian relationship that is free of judgment. I also reinforce the value of a client’s autonomy and regard their experiences and truths. My clinical work employs culturally competent, relational perspectives and evidence-based practices. I utilize interventions designed to support each client’s unique needs.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is critical in supporting clients along their journey of personal growth and healing. I create a warm and compassionate environment, in which clients feel safe and authentic trust can be built. I meet clients where they are at in their process of change and honor the importance of being genuine with my clients.
