Over 16 weeks, u will study the book "Nonviolent Communication: The Language of Life" by Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD, plus more. You will learn a new far more effective way of Listening and of Speaking. You will complete exercises. I'll be providing u even more practical communicating skills that u will be putting to use immediately and seeing results. Currently, for a new group, the day/time is flexible--we'll decide that for sure upon learning availability of the 5 members who will for sure be in this group.
