I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, family and couples therapy, particularly those who may feel disconnected from or resistant to therapy. Many of the clients I work with come to me after previous therapy experiences haven’t been successful, and my focus is on meeting them where they are—without pressure, judgment, or expectation.
I prioritize building a genuine, trusting relationship first by creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and respected, I’m often able to connect with clients who have struggled to engage in the past.
