My passion lies in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and those currently living with eating disorders or disordered eating. It is my goal to help my clients no longer feel alone, and to move from a place of shame and guilt to one of believing and knowing that all of their parts are good.
I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing. This means we will work together to move through and process emotions, memories, and traumas in an embodied way (i.e., involving the body in sessions), and we will work to create unity and connection safely within your self and with others.
