Our practice is accepting new clients in April 2024. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and affirmative space for you. The process of therapy requires courage, and I honor that in every individual I get to work with. I hope to offer a compassionate, curious, and connected presence as you explore and implement what is needed for your healing. Offering support for those in recovery from eating disorders, in need of support for emotional dysregulation, exploration of over use of alcohol/substances, trauma, & women's wellness.
I have a specific passion for helping people in their recovery from eating disorders, in additional to managing anxiety, navigating family/relationship dynamics, and working through trauma. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ population, trained in EMDR, nearing certification in both EMDR and as an Eating Disorder Specialist.
When helpful and appropriate, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also pull from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My approaches are based on client needs and preferences, alongside my therapeutic insight and training.
