I help women navigate identity shifts, burnout, and personal growth while building a business or balancing motherhood. My approach blends mindfulness, self-awareness, and identity coaching to align mind, body, and soul, with dance & movement-based practices for release, reconnection, and embodiment.
In our work together, I help women rebuild a sense of self that feels authentic and whole. Above all, I provide a safe and affirming space to process the unique wellness challenges of high-achieving women so they can move forward with clarity, balance, and confidence.
