Current openings, Tuesday & Thursday mornings. PMH-C, I believe the collaborative relationship between clinician and individual is a key factor in personal growth and success. My practice embodies a person centered approach that encourages individuals to achieve self empowerment and healing. I help foster resilience & challenge faulty thoughts. My clinical focus is to support individuals going through fertility challenges, IVF, pregnancy/ postpartum, chronic health challenges & life transitions.
1 in 5 birthing individuals experience PMAD's. Unfortunately in the health care system, postpartum support "ends at the 6 wk check up". Working with a clinician that understands the IVF medical process personally can be relieving and helpful.
Other services I offer include: Clinical Supervision, PMAD's consultations.
I began expanding my mental health practice to including a variety of complimentary wellness services to enhance Healing.
Currently scheduling Private Reiki sessions.
