Stephanie embrace's the idea that through effective therapy one can find creative and meaningful solutions to life's particular challenges, regain a sense of personal well-being, and be empowered to become one's best self. Whether child or adult, she believes that therapy provides a safe space to express emotion, change family dynamics, and look beyond one's current situation to create a future of health and happiness.
Stephanie specializes in treating children ages 3-11 with anxiety, depression, abuse, family stressors, and more. She has completed extensive post graduate training through The Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute and is a Registered Play Therapist. She believes in helping children heal through self discovery, expression, and symbolic play.
Stephanie also provides extensive clinical work for couples with marital strain and men/women experiencing a wide variety of emotional and relationship challenges. She utilizes emotion focused and solution focused therapy techniques to create a safe therapeutic space for couples and individuals to work through life's most challenging problems.
