As an occupational therapist my focus is on helping you participate in the areas of your life that are most important to you. Some of my clients have a new diagnosis of chronic illness and the ways they have approached life are no longer working for them. Others are looking to change habits rooted in perfectionism or over-working. Whatever your personal goals, I hope to help you pursue wellness and achieve a balance between your body, brain, and goals.
I specialize in chronic illness and general mind-body wellness. I also enjoy working with people seeking more work-life balance as well as those experiencing a life transition - whether going to college or preparing for retirement. I offer a graded approach to applying learned skills to your daily activities to maximize success.
My specific approach centers around shared decision-making - you are the expert in you and I have expertise in occupational therapy. I know choosing a provider to work with can feel daunting, so please reach out with any questions. Currently all sessions are offered virtually, but you can still reach out if you are interested in in-person sessions.
