Do you often feel overwhelmed by anxiety and unsure how to move forward? Are you exhausted from trying to “have it all together”? My mission is to help individuals who struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, and chronic self-doubt, especially those who feel stuck and like they've tried it all.
Unlike talk therapy, which may involve lengthy processes, my approach is designed to bring about significant changes in a shorter timeframe. Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I provide practical, goal-directed steps & emotional healing, empowering you to break free from these patterns & achieve lasting change more quickly than traditional methods.
My practice is values-driven, focused on integrity, quality, and well-being above all else. My sessions are highly customized and I take the time to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths. Clients are not just another number or case to me; they receive individualized care they wouldn't get in a more insurance-driven, standardized setting.
