This group will provide a safe and nurturing place were women can connect and share their grief experiences and discuss the specific challenges that come from being a motherless daughter.

Womens Therapy Group

This is a therapy group appropriate for adults wanting to do work around relational skills, emotional growth and life transitions. Meets twice a month on Tuesdays from 4:15-5:30pm. This group will start online with the possibility to move in person in Sacramento (midtown location). Fee is $60 per group session. Motherless Mothers Group

Motherless Mothers Support Group 6-week support group for mothers or mothers to be currently aged 18 and older, who lost their mothers prior to the age of 22. This group will provide a safe and nurturing place where women can connect and share their grief experiences and discuss the challenges that come from being a motherless mother. Please contact me for a brief screening prior to participation. Group sessions are 75 minutes, 6 consecutive weeks, and the cost for the entire 6-week session is $350. Participants need to be pre-registered and prepaid prior to the first session. Sliding scale may be available.
