I offer individual, family and couples therapy for children (6+) to adults, in person in Cary, NC and virtual sessions in North Carolina. I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. Whether you are overwhelmed by worry, feeling hopeless, navigating difficult life changes, struggling with the past or experiencing loss, I will support you in identifying your goals and taking steps towards hope and healing.

I provide direct, but safe exploration of your emotions, thoughts and experiences. I utilize CBT, DBT and ACT strategies to improve difficult thought processes, emotions or behaviors. I also utilize various art interventions. We will process experiences that led you here and work together to establish a path forward that aligns with your values.
