When people experience stress or trauma it can derail their life plan. I am invested in working together with you to identify your life goals. Through the treatment journey we will work towards those goals to create positive change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 8 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, life challenges, and trauma. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University and a Master’s degree at Grand Canyon University.

My practice is guided by strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, family systems, play intervention, and holistic approaches. I also rely on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused treatment modalities. I am an empathetic listener who is invested in working alongside you on your journey.
