About
“I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.” Hello! I’m so happy I have this opportunity to get to know you and join you on your journey to building a better life; starting with making your mental health a priority. Taking this step can feel intimidating, so whatever reason or challenge that brought you here, I want this to be an experience that you enjoy and value. Be proud of yourself!
My therapy style is very conversationalist and relaxed where we can work on changing negative thoughts that lead to unwanted emotions and actions, while practicing mindfulness, highlighting your strengths, and focusing on solutions. My experience has helped me cultivate a way of tailoring counseling to each person; it's about what works for you!
I'm here to provide a safe and comfortable place where we can work together to navigate through your difficulties, help you find balance, and discover happiness. During our initial assessment, I will take time to hear your story and work with you to create manageable treatment goals. First steps are hard, change is hard! But whenever you're ready, I'm here!
