I utilize my expertise in mindfulness based therapies, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and trauma informed care to tailor a therapeutic relationship that meets your specific needs. I believe the mind and body can heal when it is given the right support.

All parents want to build loving families. That can be challenging. It is easier when you have the right support and tools.Do you have a group of parent friends you wish could all support one another? Host a professionally lead parenting class at your home or at my office. Parents leave these groups feeling renewed and confident as they move away from fear-based judgmental ways of parenting to building empathic and nurturing family relationships. Groups typically meet 6 times over 6 weeks and are tailored to your specific needs.
