I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in mental health. I have built a solid foundation in clinical practice working with clients across all age groups—from children to geriatrics at the VA Hospital. I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, career issues, military/veterans concerns, trauma and PTSD, stress, life transitions, and parenting. Whether I'm working with teens navigating adolescence, adults facing life changes, or elderly clients coping with the challenges of aging, my commitment to fostering mental and emotional well-being remains constant.
I earned my MSW from Florida State University but have been working in social work and mental health since my undergraduate years.
