I help college-bound teens and working young adults break free from cycles of worry, self-doubt, productivity pressure, people-pleasing and loneliness. I also specialize in working with disordered eating and body image concerns. In therapy, my clients learn to trust themselves, build confidence, and create healthier relationships with family, friends, and partners. My approach is warm, open, and straightforward.
