Whether you are looking to improve your quality of life or start your journey towards healing from trauma, I would be honored to be part of that process for you! I offer space for you to explore and express yourself in a safe and judgment free environment. Under clinical supervision I am focusing on trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or anything else life can throw at you. Home, work, school, family, etc can all require a lot of our physical and mental energy. However, you do not have to go unheard or navigate difficult times alone.
As a mother, a wife, a daughter, etc... I have also experienced loss, disabilities in my family and caregiving. I've seen the impacts our mental health can take on our bodies, physically and emotionally. My Christian faith guides me in my personal life however, I am open to incorporating any faith or beliefs into your sessions if you choose to do so.
