About
I specialize in working with those who are anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, and in need of re-balancing work, school, home and the million things that require our attention daily. I work with single, partnered, married, straight and queer-identifying individuals. I want to create space for you to consider your needs and how to meet them; to help you believe that you are enough and are deserving of the things you need and want in life.
As a therapist with 12 years of experience, as well as being a mother and an Infant Mental Health Endorsed Family Specialist, I am uniquely positioned to support you with parenting issues at any stage of your children's development as well as intergenerational relationships and other life stresses.
My passion is to help you through an integrated approach that incorporates mind, body and spirit through psychotherapy, nutrition, movement and mindfulness-based practices.
