Welcome, I’m Stephanie (she/her), a licensed psychotherapist who works with teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, identity, trauma, and the challenges of today’s world. A native Spanish speaker, I employ cultural sensitivity and compassion in my work. Whether you're a parent looking for the right support for your child, or reaching out for yourself—I'm here to help make therapy feel safe and supportive.

I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to my work, grounded in crisis experience, specialized training in trauma, including EMDR, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. My sessions are collaborative and personalized. I meet each client where they are, help them build insight and move away from maladaptive patterns.

At Moodlab Psychotherapy, I keep a smaller caseload so I can be fully present with each client and offer thoughtful care. I’m an out-of-network provider. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or need a space to talk, you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to help.
