I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 6 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with various behavioral, mental health and relational issues. I provide services in both English and Spanish. I treat a multitude of disorders, but specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD/behavioral issues, mood disorders, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders.
In my clinical work, I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Techniques, and Mindfulness Skills to best suit my client. Many of the clients I have worked with have benefited from these approaches and have learned how to lead happier and more productive lives.
