I work with adults, teens, children, and parents, using age-appropriate approaches to support the therapeutic process. Adult therapy focuses on uncovering strengths, core wounds, and deep-seated narratives that shape self-perception. I help clients recognize how long-held patterns, often seen as maladaptive, are simply ways we have learned to get our needs met and survive in a complicated world.
