I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years experience providing therapy to people in a variety of settings including individual therapy, clinics, crisis facilities, schools and hospitals. A Marriage and Family Therapist license allows me to work with a broad range of clients on a variety of issues. I am currently working in private practice and the owner of Seas The Day Counseling Center of Central California.
I provide compassionate, client-centered care to adults, youth, couples, and families facing crisis, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship or parenting challenges. While I have a client centered approach, I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when needed. I am skilled in preparing clear, professional legal documentation when needed.
I work collaboratively with individuals to help them better understand their emotions, build self-awareness, and develop practical skills, tools, and coping strategies that empower them to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
