I have 25 years of experience with trauma with adults, children and adolescents assisting them to process their trauma, learn to cope with symptoms that interfere with their lives and learn to live a healthy life and accomplish their dreams and goals. I offer family therapy and couples counseling in my practice as well as individual psychotherapy.
I am certified in EMDR services to process trauma in both children, youth and individuals.
I am trained in couples therapy via the Gottman Method
I am certified in CBT psychotherapy from the Beck Institute for both Anxiety and Depression
