Walking with people through some of their most difficult times is an honor and a responsibility that I do not take lightly. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults in my career as a social worker. I work with clients who are struggling with mood disorders, grief, trauma, guilt and shame, and individuals who feel dismayed by life changes such as divorce, parenting, and midlife. I utilize traditional individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help meet clients’ needs. Additionally, I offer equine assisted psychotherapy to bring about change.
