For adults, I have experience in providing therapy for mood disorders, complex trauma and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, and grief related to death/dying or relational loss. For couples, I have experience in providing therapy for those who have been impacted by trauma, patterns/dances of conflict, life events/transitions, and mental health concerns or addiction. I am passionate about providing care for and uplifting the LGBTQ+ community.
I provide psychotherapy from an intersectional lens through an integrative and relational approach to adult clients or couples’ clients across the lifespan. I have received training in Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, MI, CBT, DBT, PVT, and EFT. Additionally, I continue to pursue education and training on holistic and somatic approaches to psychotherapy.
