I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and relationship issues. Sometimes unhealthy coping patterns include problematic drug and alcohol use. I can help you find healthier ways to cope with the struggles that life sometimes brings us.
I provide a calm, nonjudgmental space for my clients to share their thoughts and feelings. I use active, reflective listening and socratic questioning often in sessions.
