I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 20 years in Maryland, Arkansas and Illinois. In my work with adolescents and adults across the life span, I utilize a strong CBT and strengths-based approach as well as family systems, psychodynamic, trauma based and mindfulness-based approaches. I have inpatient, outpatient, and school-based experience.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy and believe that building rapport and trust is essential to helping you feel comfortable sharing your life with me.
