The primary focus of my practice and clinical work is always meeting the client where they are. I work with teens, adults and families to assess need and work toward solutions. This work always begins with the development of a positive and trusting relationship. During the past few years in particular many clients have developed severe depression, anxiety, and substance use due to isolation, fear and uncertainty. I look at family history, degree of functioning and personal goals prior to commencing. I am endlessly fascinated by people and love everyday I spend working.
I am currently working as a consultant/ coach in the state of California and as a licensed clinician in Ohio, virtually only. I am empathic and devote my skill and experience to each client's present needs while working to uncover past traumas.
